Lhamo Lhatso Lake is an important destination for High Lamas seeking the next

The Lhamo Lhatso Trek is one of the most sacred and spiritual journeys in Tibet. It is
also a geographic delight as the trek leads from high passes to the lush
alpine country of wild flowers, nomad camps, and high desert meadows, before
entering the spiritual world of the sacred Lhamo Lhatso Lake. This region is scattered
with many important gompas and monasteries, including the complex of Samye. Built in
the early 8th century, Samye is believed to be the oldest monastery in Tibet.
GRADE C (Moderate to Strenuous): Lhamo Lhatso Trek in Tibet is 7 days moderate to strenuous trekking at medium to high elevation (maximum 5,180m). 7 nights camping - 12 nights hotel. Lhamo Lhatso Trek is for the more serious adventurer. It involves walking at medium to high elevation so a higher level of physical fitness and stamina is required. The more fit you are, the more you will enjoy this trek

* All airport transfers in Kathmandu & Gongkar, Tibet
* 5 nights including breakfast at Hotel Yak & Yeti or similar
* Sightseeing tour of Kathmandu as per itinerary with city guide, transfer and entrance fees
