Everest Flight - Mountain Flight, Nepal (daily)
The mountain flight is a one hour flight of a lifetime. The flight offers
a panoramic view of the highest peaks on earth. As the aircraft takes
off from Kathmandu you see Shisa Pangma, Dorja Lhakpa and Phurbi Ghyachu
which looms over the valley. Everest is in view about 20 minutes into
the flight, as are Ama Dablam, Kongde Ri, Kangtega, Thamserku, Lhotse,
Nuptse and Tawoche. The flight goes over Lukla, then up the Dudh Kosi
valley to Namche Bazaar. During the flight you will get to enjoy the
fabulous views of the mountains, Thyangboche monastery, villages and
valley below.
